What is enrolment?
Enrolment days are designed to get you all set up, ready for your first day at college come September. At your enrolment appointment, we will make sure you are doing the course you want, make sure the admin is all sorted and, of course, check you've got the all-important grades.
When will I get my enrolment appointment?
We have sent out your enrolment letter in the post which contains your appointment date and time as well as a information leaflet which explains everything you need to know about the day. If you have not received your letter, please contact our Admissions Team on admissions@ndonline.ac.uk. We will also be in touch via email and text so please make sure we have your correct contact details. If you have changed your number or email address, please make sure you let our Admissions Team know.
What if I can't make my enrolment appointment?
Please complete a Holiday Provisional Enrolment Form. You can find out more details and access it here.
Can I change my subject choices at enrolment?
Subject changes can be made at your appointment as long as you meet the entry requirements and subject to availability.
What will I need to bring with me to my enrolment appointment?
You will need to bring the following:
- Your GCSE results slip (your school will provide you with this)
- Your completed enrolment forms (these were sent to you in the post).
- Proof of identity (if you do not have a passport, please bring your provisional driving licence or birth certificate. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept copies/screenshots of documents or National Insurance cards as proof of I.D.)
- £25 voluntary contribution (this will go towards college enrichment opportunities)* if not already done online.
- A pen
*Enrichment activities are not funded by the government, so in order to ensure we can continue to provide these opportunities, we invite you to make a voluntary contribution of £25 to the College Fund. This fund is also used to subsidise such things as sports kits, common room facilities, and students’ religious and spiritual activities as well as contributing to the local diocese in its work of supporting Catholic Education. You can pay by card, cash or cheque at your appointment.
