We believe that each student is an individual, is exceptional and needs to be valued. High quality teaching and learning, coupled with exceptional pastoral support, provides the inspiration and motivation for every young person to realise their aspirations. Our students truly fulfil their potential with us, progressing to prestigious universities including Russell Group, Oxford and Cambridge Universities, and into rewarding careers. Our aim is to provide students with the very best possible education, to help them develop new interests and to use whatever talents they have in the service of the College and the wider community. Our success is built upon teamwork between staff and students. Our staff are passionate about working with young people and always go the extra mile to provide guidance and support to help them succeed. When students enrol at Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College, they can choose from a wide variety of subjects, ensuring they find the course that’s right for them.
We offer an extensive breadth of A-level subjects, a range of BTEC and CTEC courses, brand new T Level qualifications, and a number of level 2 qualifications including GCSEs, so there is real choice and great flexibility when it comes to helping you create a Programme of Study that will suit you best. Although we expect our students to work hard during their time with us, we want them to enjoy themselves too! There are an enormous number of enrichment activities on offer, including UK and international trips, sports teams, clubs, voluntary work, and a multitude of other opportunities.
We are a Catholic college for the community and we provide students with numerous opportunities to be involved with campaigning and charitable work as well as considering their own spiritual journey. I firmly believe that whatever your faith or beliefs, there is something very special here for every student. I encourage you to see Notre Dame for yourself by coming along to one of our open days or attending one of our virtual events. - I look forward to meeting you then.
