Chaplaincy Support

Our Lay Chaplain is always on hand to support Notre Dame students spiritually and emotionally, regardless of their beliefs.

The Lay Chaplain operates an open-door policy, so you are welcome anytime to drop in and have a chat.

The chaplaincy offers:

  • The use of our beautiful chapel every day for quiet prayer and reflection.
  • An alternative quiet prayer space.
  • Morning prayers in the chapel, and Mass twice a week.
  • Weekly prayer groups.
  • The opportunity to read, sing or perform in assemblies.
  • The chance to join student social justice and charity groups.
  • Involvement with a wide variety of charitable events including a Christmas dinner for the elderly, an annual sleep-out in support of the homeless, fundraising activities for CAFOD, and our yearly pilgrimage to Lourdes.
  • Inspiring assemblies
  • Practical and emotional support
