On Thursday 15th May, Sandeep and Fiona from Marsh Insurance in Leeds came into college to deliver an employability session for the Level 2 Business students. Marsh Insurance is a local insurance broker, specialising in risk management for businesses.
Students explored what to do before, during and after an interview, as well as what sorts of questions they might be asked and how to prepare for them.
As well as being part of their course, it was an invaluable life skill to help them as they progress in their career.
