On Friday 26th April, A-level Business students were preparing for their Paper 3 exam on the clothing industry. The business department invited guest speaker Akrem Nashih from Leeds University Business School to speak to the students. Akrem is a young clothing entrepreneur, whilst also studying for a BA in Business Management.
Upper Sixth really engaged in how Akrem has used his skills and characteristics in developing his many roles as an entrepreneur. He has developed a brand name, logo and social media advertising. Also negotiating strong supply chain connections and ensuring quality of all his garments.
