The Notre Dame Media Studies Department were delighted to welcome Crawshaw Academy for an information morning and workshop.
The students learnt all about the A-level and T Level courses that are on offer, with the opportunity for lots of questions. They then took part in an interactive workshop, where they had to create marketing materials for a new local pizza company. Students used the professional software and equipment – cameras, white screens, the podcast studio, the greenscreen room, to name just a few – to create Instagram posts, podcasts, TV adverts and posters. All were very engaged and really enjoyed the morning. They even managed a quick trip to our Starbucks to round everything off!
This is just one occasion where the local schools have made use of our facilities and enjoyed and incredible engaging visit.
