On Saturday 2nd December, members of Notre Dame chamber choir sang in a sold-out Christmas concert with the choir Leeds Vocal Movement at Cornerstone Church, Headingley. The singers from Notre Dame joined Leeds Vocal Movement for a number of wintery songs, including 'Vuelie', from the film 'Frozen', 'Northern Lights' by Ola Gjeilo, and 'Silent Night'.
Lizzie Leather, from the Diocese of Leeds Music, conductor of both the Notre Dame chamber choir and Leeds Vocal Movement, said, 'I am so proud of our singers from Notre Dame, who sang beautifully, fitting in perfectly with the larger choir and really enhancing the feel of the evening. The feedback from the audience was excellent, too. A huge well done to them all for a brilliant collaboration'.
