The Lower 6 Parents’ Consultation Day will take place via the SchoolCloud video system on Wednesday, 10th June 2026.
All consultations will be booked via the link below, or via the SchoolCloud link on the ‘Portals’ tab of the college website. https://notredamecatholic.schoolcloud.co.uk/
The login details required for booking will be provided at 3pm on Tuesday, 19th May 2026 via SMS to the Next of Kin 1 mobile (Next of Kin 1 can be checked against contact details on the Cedar portal). To access the system, you will need:
· The access code provided by SMS (sent 3pm Tuesday, 19th May 2026)
· The Date of Birth of your child
All appointments will be booked and accessed through the same website link. It is important that you keep the access code as this will allow you to log in on the day of the appointments.
Appointment booking opens at 9am on Wednesday, 20th May 2026, and closes at 3pm on Tuesday, 9th June 2026. Appointments will begin promptly and automatically end after 8 minutes.
In cases where students live at the same address, we have assumed that these students will be linked to the same Parent/Carer. This ensures that you will be able to schedule appointments for both students around each other, rather than having to use a separate parent account for each individual student.
We strongly recommend that appointments are booked as early as possible, as once the system is closed no further appointments can be made.
Please also note that, due to the half-term break, there will be no staff available to provide support with any technical issues during this period.
