This summer, the Media Department is running it's second annual summer school aimed at prospective A-level Media and T Level Media, Broadcast and Production students where you can plan, shoot, and edit your very own short film. This is a great chance to develop your skills and get a head start before joining Notre Dame. It's also a great way to make new friends with similar interests.
You will learn and build on key skills such as
- Storyboarding
- Writing a script in industry standard format
- Become proficient in using filmmaking equipment such as cameras, lights, and mics
- Editing on industry standard software
- Teamwork
