Notre Dame recently received a pack of 7 saplings from the Woodland Trust, as part of an on-going project to replenish the stock of trees native to Britain. The pack contained a mixture of Royal Oak, Silver Birch, Rowan and Cherry Trees.

Andrew Sullivan, along with students Eunice Agbemafle and Jack Concannon planted the saplings outside the Pavillion building.

The planting has been registered online and at the end of the project, The Woodland Trust will present their collection of records to Her Majesty The Queen as well as preserving a copy in the British Library for generations to come.
